Tokio Hotel album release date bumped

Tokio Hotel's first full-length English album, Scream, orginally scheduled for release on April 29, has been bumped to May 6—the band made an official announcement on their Buzznet page. They're expected to start touring again May 1, and will be playing Bamboozle on May 3.

Singer Bill Kaulitz recently underwent surgery to get a cyst removed from his vocal cords. He's ordered to be silent for an entire week post-surgery.
