Ashlee Simpson Talks Pregnancy Rumors on 'Today' Show: 'Time Will Tell' Ashlee Simpson appeared Friday on the "Today Show" with Matt Lauer to promote Bittersweet World, which drops on Tuesday (Video here). She flashed her engagement ring (Good on ya, Pete) and gushed, "I feel like a very lucky lady!" When Lauer asked her how she's handling rumors about expanding the family, she said "Well, that rumor has been going around for about a year now, so only time will tell." Ash, you sly fox! You're keeping us guessing deliberately, aren't you? Might wanna clue your man in on that one. Then she said, "I'm giving birth to my new record." Har har. I think they'd be the best parents everrrrrrrr though. They just seem too young though. I mean it's PETE AND ASH. I really can't picture them being parents. It just seems insane. I do think they'd be great parents though it just seems weird. Pete Wentz a father? Doesn't that sound crazy?
I'm not saying she's pregnant, because I kinda don't want her to be, but if she is, or when she actually does get pregnant it seems like she's gonna wait until she gives birth to the damn baby to actually admit it.
