DJ AM Found Dead in New York

TMZ is reporting that DJ AM (Adam Goidstein) was found dead in a Manhattan apartment this evening.

He was only 36 years old.

DJ AM and Blink182's Travis Barker cheated death once already, by escaping a plane crash in South Carolina last September. Both were burned badly as a result.

Buzznet's own Hannabeth has known AM for quite some time and was shocked by the news. "I'm so upset; I loved him," she told Buzznet. "He was such a nice person."

This seems like a really awful promo stunt for a Final Destination movie, but it's being confirmed by reliable sources.

My prayers are definitely with him, his family and a really good friend of mine who personally knew Adam and those who didn't survive the crash a year ago.
