I would say time to celebrate, but isn't that pretty much her M.O. 24/7? Wouldn't want her to celebrate at a bar while her fans were waiting again.
On a personal note, I've finally gradauted from "Rehab" and moved on to "You Know I'm No Good." I like the whole CD, I just tend to play favorites. Over and over and over.
