PopCrunch is reporting that Ashlee Simpson reps have come forward and said the ENGAGEMENT rumor is "absolutely not true."

Hey reps, what about that rumor that theres a bun in the little Simpson sister oven? Huh? Huh? Will there be Ashlete offspring or NOT? We want to know. We're nosy like that.
