Happy International MCR Day?

My inbox & friends list has let me know that today holds significance for some of you. And while I am ready and willing to put my Paramore/Yellowcard/MxPx-fest on pause to show a little iTunes love to Gerard & Co. I would also like to be educated. So, questions:

1. How and who decided July 23rd would be International MCR Day?
2. For a die-hard super-obsessed MCR fan, how does today differ from any regular day?
3. What are you doing to celebrate?
4. Any other "International Band Days" I might be interested in knowing about?

Answer! Now! Thanks lovelies.

I am not celebrating MCR day.
I think it's ridiculous.
I like some of the band's music though.

1. I have no idea.. just got a lot of mail about it..
2. Actually nothing.. I did all the same I use to do.. not that I am a super obsessed fan of MCR, just like the music =)
3. .. Listen to their music? Like I use to do..
4. erm.. I don't know.. there was a P!atd day, but what do I care..
Strangely, I have spent most of my morning discussing the potential haunting the guys experienced while recording "The Black Parade." I didn't even know it was a holiday!

.... How come I didn't get the day off of work to celebrate this? Silly Martin Luther King, that is so old school. We celebrate Bob Bryar now, homie. I still want my day off.....Do I have to convert to Chemical Romance-ism as a religion?
