A little bird told me Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson have been in the hospital all day today. On alert! Again...

I'm going to a Britney Spears screening tomorrow! Honestly, I know I fangirl over her, but there was a definite turning point in my attitude. I don't remember who I was talking to, but it was during one of her very low points. And this person said to me, "She doesn't have a chance right now. Everyone is always waiting for her to screw up. Everyone is sending bad energy to her." And I thought, you know what, I am not going to be one of those people. I spent the rest of my time being pro-Britney. I wanted her to be healthy, and happy, and surrounded by people who wanted the same for her. I would only send good energy. And she may be just a celebrity, and she may never directly affect my life, but I firmly believe that making a decision to believe in the better half of people... makes a difference. And I don't give a squat if other people write her songs and she uses autotune and blah blah blah. I do not think she is a flawless being (obv) or that she's over all the bumps she's going to have in life. But I think she could benefit from more positivity. I think most of us could. This is about NOT tearing other people down. It makes a difference.

''None of the songs are finished, but we do have some ideas here and there. We have anywhere from eight to 10 musical ideas. They’re all pretty much just music; I think Hayley’s got some lyrics somewhere and bits of melody that she sings along to whenever we’re sound-checking a song."

The band just released the lead track and a music video for "Decode" which will appear on the motion picture soundtrack for "Twilight."
