You may have already heard that MCR is getting sued by the University of Maine for canceling a show. The full story is here, but in short: MCR pulled out citing a “medical issue” within in the band. The Student Government at the campus have sent two letters to the band asking for $20,500 to cover “lost” costs, even though the band said they would honor the show at another time (the University turned the offer down). What do you think should happen?
