I want to, but I've been watching True Blood and I don't want to ruin the show for me! Maybe when Season 2 goes on break Ill take it up...

i try not to read much if i'm writing because if i read a lot of a certain author, i end up writing in their style.

you should check out amy hempel. she writes awesome short stories. she's chuck palahniuk's favorite author.

this is one of her best stories: in the cemetery where al jolson is burried

Night is very very depressing. Well written, but a total bummer. Not for the faint of heart.

I remember reading Night like two or three years ago. Very good but very serious.

whaaaaaat, crazy!
they are the best books ever :)
I'm currently waiting for the book JK released last year, Tales of Beedle the Bard, to come back in to the library, can't wait to read it.
you'll understand once you get to the last Harry Potter, haha :)
Awesome! I'm going to check these out! I'd almost picked up that Emily Griffin book one day but got sidetracked by "The Art Of Racing In The Rain" by Garth Stein (VERY GOOD!) and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend "The Time Traveler's Wife" by Audrey Niffenegger (SP?)...one of my favorites I've read in a very long time! Read it before the movie comes out on August 14th! :D
